About the Circuit Tree Maintenance Program

About the Circuit Tree Maintenance Program

Maintenance will primarily involve pruning which will focus on improving tree structure, reducing risk, and attaining clearance from infrastructure such as streets or buildings. Removal will only be reserved for dead trees, dying trees, or trees that pose an unacceptable risk to people or property. We will follow up with a tree planting program to replace removed trees in spaces appropriate for planting.

What to Expect in Your Neighborhood

We anticipate starting work in May, and completing tree maintenance in your neighborhood before the end of the month. Where needed, temporary parking restriction signs will be installed two days prior to the work and will remain up until the work is completed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) informational signs will be installed at major entrances to the neighborhood.
